Education
I have experience working as a tutor for various calculus courses at the Masdar Institute and have also previously tutored at all levels and branches of mathematics as a high school student. In addition to this, I also have experience working as a teaching assistant for several courses. As a tutor, I closely monitor my students to ensure that they make step-by-step progress until they are finally fully self-reliant with regard to their studies and the relevant subject matter. I aim to promote empowerment and delegated action for my students instead of simply solving the problem for them. My tutoring sessions are interactive and I ask my students pop questions to ensure that they have a full grasp of the concepts explained during each session. I also have excellent communication skills and am fluent in English, Arabic, and French. My GRE test scores are 165 for the Quantitative section, 160 for the Verbal section, and 4.5 for the Analytical section.
Experience
I completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree specializing in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Notre Dame University in 2014, and was the Valedictorian for the Faculty of Engineering, having achieved a 3.94 GPA. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science degree specializing in Water and Environmental Engineering at the Masdar Institute of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi. I am also conducting Remote Sensing and Environmental Modeling Research.
